I'm in my early 40's, a stay at home mom with a 5 year old son. I seem to require a nap now a days and the exercise that used to seem so effortless is now harder and harder. I'm a happy mom and a happy wife with a happy life. I look at others and feel lucky to be who I am!

Yea! You started a blog! Now we can "learn" you in the ways of the blog world...like I know much. I still ask my coworkers to show me how to do this or that - but over all it's pretty simple. The more you are on the website, the more you will feel comfortable posting, etc...
I tend to post, then go back later and edit, then go back even later and edit some more, etc...until my post looks nothing like the original post. I'm sure people who read the first one and then the 551st version think I'm obsessive compulsive. I am.
